1) Submit Payment And Contact Information

We will contact you same day, via email, to begin the process of listing your home on the MLS. Please check your email inbox frequently, including junk mail folder, after payment is made for MLS paperwork and listing instructions.

2) Return Executed Paperwork 

We will be sending an email with the required paperwork. You may return this to us via email or fax

3) Submit Photos

Once you create your account you will be able to upload your photos. After your listing has been syndicated to the MLS, changes will need to be coordinated with your listing agent. This is to ensure that your listing is updated in the MLS accurately.  

4) MLS Listing Gets Activated

View your Flat Fee MLS Listing live within 24 to 48 hours of submission of all necessary paperwork. Your listing will be posted to National Flat Fee MLS.  ** If your selected package includes: MLS, Trulia, Zillow, and Realtor.com syndication your local Flat Fee MLS listing will available to thousands of Realtors and buyers.
